This roast has been in the works for over a year.  My husband loves hickory pistachios! Well I finally figured out how to get that rich smokey flavor that complements the pistachio. We have had this  available for a few events and they are a hit!

Double garlic with salt and pepper gives my garlic lovers another roast to enjoy! Working with Carters Custom Cuts this seasoning has been their "go-to" and we now know why!

Using only pistachio nut meats this candied nut has the bonus of pumpkin spices that are loved this time of year.  A healthy nut with a sweet twist!

The Steakhouse seasoning has a wonderful blend of garlic, chile with a hint of sweet.  This roast has had rave reviews at all our events!

Cinnamon lovers here is your pistachio.  I created a candied pistachio! An ah-mazing sweet and salty combination of cinnamon, lightly salted pistachio, and sugar. 

Perky Lemon is a favorite for those who love tangy lemon with a bite of pepper! The dark horse in our roasts an amazing combination of flavors!

This is my husband's favorite! He loves the rich chile flavor with a hint of heat. 

A blend of our Cayenne pistachios and our Lemon Pepper.  Its the best of both savory and heat!

 Pistachio nut meats gently roasted and flavored with rosemary. * We do have this available without salt.
